So I left this morning knowing I would be gone for the day. Before i left i took my turkey i had planned to cook in the oven and threw it in the slow cooker. Seasoned it up and put in some chick broth, just enough that it would be juicy, not dry. Came home to find it almost overflowing! LOL Turned out delicious but next time a little less broth for sure! I have to say this is the best way to cook a turkey thats on the smaller side- so moist! Need a bigger slow cooker for Thanksgiving and Christmas! heehee
