So, I was up early this morning to do legs.. I probably post atleast once a week about the routine Nikki and I are doing. Feels good to get a hellish workout done and over with for the day. We are finishing our last week of bulk and here are some insights into the Body Beast program. 1. Its fun. If you love to lift and maybe do cardio once a week, this workout is the one. 2. I started at 183lbs, im now hovering at 197 in about 9 weeks. 3. My quads dont fit in my pants.. 4. Veins.. Veins everywhere! 5. If you like to eat, this workout is for you! I had to adjust my calories from the 1800 under P90x3 to 2800+ for this workout. Its really difficult to hit this number while eating healthy. Eggs, Tuna, Chicken, almonds, peanuts are a huge portion of my diet. Starting next week we go into the beast phase (shred). The diet tightens up for 4 weeks of intense total body workout. Really interested to see the end results!
