So Ill post this here because two days after making this pasta dish Im still left thinking about it. This ticks all the boxes with being cheap, and I actually learned a couple of new techniques while making it. The fascinating bit is despite the vegetables and things that go into it, it literally tastes like nothing. Afterward I was like, Im sure Ive just eaten a bowl of pasta because my stomach is full but I didnt taste a thing. Still, Id recommend it.
