So Im thinking about what types of pumpkins to do this year in October! We usually do the large normal basketball size pumpkin a couple weeks and a couple weeks of specialty pumpkins to have for decorating and eating for a more robust and fun fall display and menu! Last year we did Cinderella Pumpkins and White Pumpkins, and both are known for their flesh and cooked up wonderfully. What types of specialty pumpkins might we like this year?
