So Ive been experiencing gall bladder attacks for approximately the last month. This started when I tried to quit smoking for the umpteenth time and the second time using Chantix. It worked right up until my gall bladder decided that it was done sitting quietly in my body full of gall stones for the last 10+ years. After that I had to stop taking the Chantix and started smoking again. I saw the surgeon today for a consult and to hopefully plan a surgery date. Much to my surprise, she had a slot available this Friday. So at 2:45pm Ill be going under anesthesia to have my gall bladder removed and it can shove its self-eviction notices because Im evicting it! Id appreciate any good, healing thoughts being sent my way and I certainly wont turn my nose up at any prayers for a speedy recovery.
