So Ive heard this one before, but it always seems a perfect time to teach kids about the difference between democrats and republicans. Tonight when kids knock on my door to get candy, I will open it up and take 2/5ths of what they have in their bag. When they ask why, I will let them know I will be giving it to those kids that are too lazy to go trick or treating themselves. I hope to convert at least a few kids. Now while I am doing this, I will have gathered a core of children who I will send out to go trick or treating for me; however, I will have spent time, money and effort researching where to find the best, biggest and most quantity of candy per household. Now all the time and effort I put into creating this company of child trick or treaters will reward me in the small percentage I will take from each of them for myself, but they too, because of their hard work will also get a bunch of candy, more than if they had just randomly gone door to door.
