So after a week or so of having a guitar with bkp pickups, I can say they are honestly the best pickups I have ever used. They are extreeeeeemely articulate and dynamic and you can hear every nuance of your playing. Now, if you make a mistakes that may not be desirable, but if you know what youre doing it definitely is. Aside from that, there is a certain personality to them, especially in the cleans that feel well, very intimate. I dont know how else do describe them, you just get a certain feeling while playing them that feels almost like the feeling you get of seeing an old friend that youve not met in a while, a combination of sadness and happiness. I know it sounds weird to experience feelings from a pickup, but these really do that, at least in my experience with them, especially while doing two hand tapping things. The distortion is of course great and the note seperation is exellent. You hear each and every note in a chord, yet they still have a definite oomph to them. The leads sound very fluid on the neck pickup, and the bridge is very tight with zero mud.
