So, as many of you know; Recently Ive found out that a family member had used me fraudulently, as a co-signer on a loan that he took out for truck driving school, back in 2003. Turns out, I have no legal recourse, without making good on the fraudulent loan, to a tune of $11,232.64. Thats some tune, right? They would have locked every account that I have, and Id have had to shut my business down, putting at risk; my livelihood, as well as the livelihood of my employees and their families. After contacting my mother, who has his information, and my brother who also has his information; I got nowhere. Apparently, the vast majority of my family would rather side with a thieving idiot, than myself. Maybe theyre mad/Jealous/ pissed because they see what they could never be or accomplish. They would never have had anything without someone else handing it to them, and there are only a few of us in this family who have clawed our way from the bottom, and actually achieved something in life. Well, after doing some digging, Ive found him in Mounds OK, just down the street from his ex wifes house. He thought he was hiding. If you wanna hide, do you drive a bright red truck?? Tuesday, Ive got a court date that will finalize the levy against his SSN, which means that after the levy is in place; every check he cashes, will come to me. Every tax return check, will come to me. Its also become apparent that because hes defaulted on this loan and used my name fraudulently, I can demand and succeed in having his CDL certification pulled, because he never paid for the school, and fines will be assessed due to him technically driving without a CDL for all of these years. The numerous citations that hes acquired over the last 11 years, will have that little tidbit added to them, and he will be fined by each state for driving a commercial vehicle without a commercial drivers license. On top of that; he also has several warrants in Tulsa, for bogus checks, that he is going to be answering for - a lot sooner than he realizes. All who are harboring him, and have been hiding his whereabouts, will also see repercussions from the fall out. Moral of this story? 1. Live clean,with integrity and honor. Treat people right, and stand on your own feet. 2. Always have on hand, a great attorney who can find the laws and loopholes to help you obtain justice, in an airtight, legal manner. Along the way; Make a few cop friends. 3. DONT JACK WITH MY LIVELIHOOD, DOGS, OR MY PEOPLE, because I WILL find you, and I wont stop until youve paid properly in whatever capacity deemed necessary.
