So as promised i would listen to what shite Salmond had to peddle and then report on it. Firstly i was absolutely delighted by the approach that Jacqui Bird took with him as for too long Salmond and for that matter YES has got away with changing the subject and deflecting away from key issues so that was refreshing. I have not had a gander at the YES response but i would imagine they will be claiming the BBC is baised and organising a protest because in a so called democracy it is absolutely unnacceptable to ask the Salmond a question he doesnt like. Question number one was to suggest that it is incredible that the BOE is making contingency plans and he is not in reference to the fabled Plan B, unsuprisingly the Salmond tried to shift away from this and blame the big, bad English as is par for the course and somewhat incredibly praised Mr Cairney for making contingency plans stating that he should be praised for behaving resonsibly, now how the hell can Salmond say the BOE is behaving responsibly for having contingency plans when he wont make any of his own Jaqui then asked about deposit flight asked if it was his job not the BOE to steady the horses and he said it was just the opposite and said it was caused by a fear of an iScotland using a different currency which is total bullshit ill be taking my savings out of Scottish banks because at the moment the first 85k i have deposited is guaranteed in the event of independence it wont be. Its dead simple Alex. The Salmond then explained and correctly believe it or not stated that the rUK was not denying Scots the use of the paper in the coins for using the pound but to use the Bank of England i.e the mechanism where Scotland goes bust and the rUK taxpayer but wrongly identified this as an ASSET total nonsense. The Salmond then again incredibly went on to reiterate his threat to renegade on the debt and natrually to criticise the UK politicians for refusing it and said it is INCREDIBLE that they would take a stance i.e to pay all the debt which would damage the economy, now if thats INCREDIBLE what does that make his plan to renegade on the debt and not like in rUKs case which this would make things harder for a few years if they get lumbered with all the debt if we renegade on it it will ruin the economy for GENERATIONS. Utterly unbelievabe what this blundering idiot comes away with. Jacqui then took him to task on the presumption that he gets his currency union which would mean that the bank of England controls the Scottish monetary policy entirely which he didnt disagree with and stated wee would have full control over fiscal policy. Jaqui then speaking to him like an 8 year old explained that that is not independence and an 8 year old would understand that but alas the Salmond and YES voters dont. Now to take this into context with what Mr Cairney said earlier today that he was making plans in the event of independence to ensure financial stability for the UK, note the UK which we would be in until 2016 but after that we are on our own. So come 2016 the BOE has the resonsibility to maintain the financial stability of the rUK it does not give a shit about Scotland, so the agreements of the currency union will be along these lines and bear in mind the rUK will be under severe pressure from the electorate they answer to to deliver terms which will be to their benifit definently not ours all budgets and borrowing for iSCOTLAND needs to be approved by Westminster at the moment scotland pays in 10,700pounds per head but spends 12,300 pounds per head from now on you can only spend what you make so you need to increase taxes or make cuts to the tune of 1600 pounds for every man woman and child in Scotland meaning austerity on an enormous scale Salmond said later on he plans to use his fiscal policy to make Scotland this utopia and has released 2 pieces of info ie we will reduce co-orporation tax and borrow massively, now if we have this currency union does anyone with a brain honestly think that London will let us undercut them for co-operation tax - which is a terrible idea anyway - and to borrow and spend like posh spice on coke while they commit their citizens to austerity is an absolute moron this is just the ones that are an absolute certainty there will be others in relation to trident ect so just to maintain what we have we will have savage cuts and massive tax hikes how good does that sound THE SCARY THING IS THIS IS THE GOOD OPTION Jacqui continued to pull his assertions on NHS apart and as demonstrated above the NHS is under threat from independence as we will have far less money in the purse to fund it AND WE WILL ALL BE FAR WORSE OFF it is that bloody simple HOW CAN ANYONE WITH A BRAIN CONTEMPLATE VOTING YES
