So friends, we are now into assy polls in two states today. Just keep in mind before voting that you are electing your lawmaker and if he/she is a law-breaker himself, cant be expected to upheld the law. The candidate may be someone close to you or from the party which has done some favor to your family in the past, that doesnt justify his election as a peoples representative if we think beyond petty equations of caste, creed and personal grudges. Vote for the one who is of clean image, honest and who you think really deserves to rule. There are high chances that youll not find such suitable candidate in your area who meets these idealistic expectations. Just go for NOTA in that case but dont let corrupt and criminals enter the political sphere. Data for NOTA is maintained by election commission and while it will not give u an elected representative, political parties will feel that criminals will not get votes anymore.
