So grateful for the many positives in these trying times: 1)the successful launch of neoSIMS despite tough conditions imposed by the landlord including the mission impossible deadline and smaller size; 2)the more than expected response of our dear customers and bookloving community; 3)the remarkable team of book elves made up the committed,tenacious, hardworking and passionate people, that care to make sure the impossible only takes 9 days to achieve; 4)Kinokuniya HQ Japan,made of bookpeople, equally committed to neoSIMS remaining the bastion of knowledge and culture in Singapore; 5)having fulfilled the previous two Chairmans dream of having a proper bookshop;
