So heres the semi-reincarnationist history, semi-fantasy upon #Hamlet that plays in this particular act all throughout #Skyfall. What if a younger version of Bond were Prince Albert Victor (Eddy), grandson of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. HIs father was Bertie, Prince of Wales, who would eventually be King Edward VII. As the eldest son he was slated to be king, though his brother Georgie (only slightly younger) always took charge of the situation which was what Eddy preferred anyway. They were like twins and served as Cadets in the Navy together, even getting matching tattoos in Japan. #History Eddy died suddenly, shortly after being engaged to wed Mary of Teck, ostensibly of influenza. Georgie becomes King George V, after the passing of Edward VII their father, it is his lead which carries the family through World War I. Setting aside Prince David, since he in fact set himself aside during his abdication in order to marry his beloved, we now have to shift movies to The Kings Speech. The vast twist comes if we wonder what would the spritual history of the family be like if Bertie, who would eventally become King George VI, were really Eddy returned as the son of his brother in order to allow him to mature under his bossy brothers [enter Thiago Rodriques] guidance before becoming king. Could that be a #PlaybookHamlet call and conspiracy between the near-twins? If so, I think it was a good choice. King George VI, did an admirable job as King during one of the darkest times Europe ever faced. With the constant support from Prime Minister Winston Churchhill (whos bunker is featured early on in #Skyfall), the managed to turn the tide and then defeat the Nazis.
