So last wednesday before work i tried to fill my car up at Super America and I couldnt get the pump to work for me. I followed the instructions to pay at the pump but it wasnt pumping gas and the price nor the amount of gas was changing on the screen. After canceling at that pump I tried a different one but this time I walked inside to pre-pay and I was told my card was declined, so I decided to fill up a different day and see what was going on with my card. After checking TCF I was charged twice at Super America for 15 dollars each, which I recall being the previous price listed on the pump that wouldnt work for me. So what should I do now? Call TCF or talk to SA? Because I would really like that 30 bucks worth of gas IN MY CAR...
