So my parents had the boys all weekend and I was able to spend it with my lovely wife in a normal life sort of way (i.e. not on vacation). It was kinda awesome. Made me realize how much kids can change a couples dynamic. Broken up conversations in between safety checks and shouts of mom I need food and having to split up responsibilities getting one kid here and another there. The overwhelming feeling was that I am so deeply in love with you Elizabeth Schroeder. I love our life. I could not love the kids more but I really cherish the moments we can spend together without distraction. So we are back to our crazy real life for a few weeks!! But I am looking forward to a date night some time soon. Maybe November? ;)
