So the Police Chief, Jon Belmar and Highway Patrol Captain, Ron Johnson feels like the fabric of the city has now been torn apart due to all of the damage being done tonight. Belmar said, some businesses may never come back, Im very disappointed. Listen I dont condone the violence thats taking place right now in response to the Grand Jurys decision however the emotion and rhetoric being spewed out by these city/state officials leaves me to believe that they value these material things that are being destroyed more than they value the life of Mike Brown that was also destroyed. There should be no surprises on anything thats happening at this moment just like there were no surprises on the verdict. Ending Mike Browns life is more of a devastation to me than any building, car dealership or other fixed asset.
