So the push is on from by the US security apparatus and MSM to associate - in the publics mind - the fate of the missing Malaysian Airline flight with two young Iranian men said to have been on board, even as some MSM stories (e.g. The NYT) have with basic logic already discounted the probability of their being any connection. Of course the story wont float and may even be disproved but the damage is done. Whatever facts may emerge, they have through this tactic of spinning a high profile story that has momentarily captured the worlds attention, again managed to tarnish Iran in the minds of ordinary unthinking people. The inevitable back peddling in a day or a month will barely warrant a mention. Most people will miss the lesser story when it comes out and wont even be conscious that this story is one of the many contributing factors in creating their inexplicable but virulent prejudice against Iran. Shame on those engineering this spin.
