So the ulcers in my intestines have flared up meaning Ive been on a liquid diet these passed since Sunday and in a lot of pain even when I am drinking things like soup aswel as limited water intake (drank a protein shake and vomited). So with some coconut water I decided to go in to bench and do a small deload for this week. Instead I YOLOd it and after the 140 I decided to do 160 then 170 then 180. Not bad running with no sleep and no food for energy
