So, tomorrow 11/18 my first favorite man is turning 70!!!! Wow! Where should I start? He taught me that no matter what, family comes first! Always!!! - he taught me that good manners and a big smile can open all the doors- he taught me that European fashion is always better- he taught me that the best meal is at the Pied du Cochon in Paris - he taught me how to love New York like theres no better place in the world (and hes actually right) - he taught me that too much of everything is wrong, but too much of champagne is always right- he taught me about unconditional love, - he taught me about justice and laws, - he taught me that the best memories are alway build around the dinning table, - he taught me how to be independent but always knowing that he was right there behind me, always! - he taught me about Frank Sinatra, - he taught me that theres not such a thing as a brutal winter, but a cheap coat, - he taught me that is mandatory to ALWAYS have a bottle of champagne in your fridge, since you never know when life will throw you a great reason to open it!, - he taught me that the best fights are the ones that are never fought, - he taught me to be brave, and kind, and to always walk with my chin up - he taught me that my way was the perfect motto to go through this crazy journey called life! And Yes! He sure has lived this 70 years His Way! He is the one that I talk to everyday, the one that I cry with, the one that laugh with, the one that sees a lamp in my bedroom when he FaceTime me right when Im getting out of the shower, the most amazing grandpa, and father in law ... The best DAD! Thank you pa for all you have taught me, for everything you gave me... For the tools, the experiences, the memories, the love! I adore you and Im so blessed to be your Mariaga FELIZ CUMPLEAÑOS!!!!!
