So, was Ghaddafi removed just to create space for 100 little Ghadaffis? More warlords, authoritarianism, assassinations, strife, corruption and anarchy. And in anarchy there is now a thriving climate for al-qeada to fester. In fact Al qeada basically owns Libya and swathes of Iraq, just like Somalia. Was al-qeada a force in Libya and iraq before foreign intervention? Hell, no. With the benefit of hindsight maybe these interventions were programmed by the military-industrial complex to create a a conducive atmosphere for al qeada, in order to justify a continued and elaborate war on terror. I am ashamed I supported both interventions. Never again!
