So we just had our pre inspection here at Ft Stewart....please, someone tell me Im not crazy.... No matter if you self clean your home or use their clean team you have to pay $65 for stripping of the floors and $75 to clean carpet (no matter if you decide to clean on your own or you have no spots or nothing you still have to pay) Ok..so wait - you mean to tell me they strip the floors every time someone moves out...so 7 months ago when we moved in this home the floors were stripped and carpet was cleaned???? Hmmm....to use the clean team its $365.00 and all we have to do is wipe down counters and mop and clean trash cans.... Good news is::: we getting $380 back for our 9 days not in this home and luckily it can be used against their wonderful Clean Team ....and I guess my mopping twice a day and vacuuming like a mad woman didnt count! Ughhh, but were thankful we can use the money we are getting back for this already clean house to be clean. Pretty shocking to us because the first house we were offered here had holes in the walls etc and I can promise you these floors in this house arent new and the carpet hasnt been cleaned since probably 1980! UNBELIEVABLE😱
