Some of these people that work in Human Services like DHS, Genesee Health Plan and the like are real, REAL bad at their jobs. Although its Human Service, it still is customer service however in a real world setting. Many of these folks are desperate and in dire need and are not lazy worthless parasites scheming to get more off of the government. Pride has already been compromised and kicked to the curb in many instances. The last thing anyone needs to deal with on top of their situation is some jack ass, cold employee who barely has a degree or any competency and is only a step or two different from the person in need. You arent takin nobody to school here…so those lame one phrase rude answers your giving will be exposed and darted when someone with intelligence and persistence wont just roll over and play dead. You will get the business and will lose the lightsaber duel. Apparently the state hires just about anyone without a good screening process. Ga head with that, because I aint havin it…I will aggressively turn the tables on you and give an accurate rendition of the facts to your supervisor. Makes me feel for those individuals that have no advocates and have to deal with this type of behavior and walk away confused, dejected and humiliated. Ill be damned…..
