Somehow, my Kindle Paperwhite screen got cracked, which stinks because I use it every day. This is the second time Ive had an e-ink reader screen crack with no apparent cause. Im thinking that the e-ink screens are just inherently fragile. However, kudos to #Amazon for sending me a free replacement, even though its 4 months past the warranty. I guess being a frequent customer has some advantages.
