Someone quit my team this week. It was really sad to see such awesome talent and heart just up and decide to throw in the towel like that. It was even worst to see the doors he attempted to kick down as he burned the bridges he had formed here. I was sad. On that same day, I got a message from an experienced marketer 2 levels down thanking me repeatedly for being a part of this organization and for being a part of him joining. He had been researching quietly since joining and the gears had all clicked into place and he realized what power we were sitting on. Later on, another experienced and successful marketer reached out to me after deciding to burn the boats with her other company and commit fully to our mission. She told me of leadership that failed her and now knows where she belongs. As a leader, its not awesome to hear that people want to leave, but if losing one person that chooses to be a victim of the industry means I get 2 victors that are ready to take over the world....heck, Ill take it. 1 step backwards, 2 steps forward. #wukar #womenofwukar #2legit2quit
