Someone was asking about the proper standing position for Salat/Namaj. The rule is, you hold your left wrist between right thumb and index, then let the joint hang in front relaxed; then position or firmly place the rest 3 fingers of right hand in the front of the left wrist joint. This makes the body and mind concentrating the most. For the feet placement, there should be minimum a gap of 4 finger width of the person and not wide enough to expose private part. only for women, the hand placement should be covering the breasts. There is no controversy. And this is according to Sunnah and Most scientific. Mazhab variation are man made and cultural mostly. Thanks
