Something I started incorporating into my offseason training is am abdominal training. I feel they are best trained in the am when we are flat and somewhat depleted where they can flex hard and and get more of a full range while we dont have the bloat from carbs and food later in the day. At the end of abdominal training I like to do vacuum poses to further develop core which strengthen muscles that we use to pull our waist in while we lift. Keeping that waist in when we lift is something a lot of new bbers forget to do and I feel ruins a lot of physiques. #classicbodybuildingwaist #narrowwaist
