Something is clear. All is not well with North eastern Nigeria. Something is not clear. How we plan to contain boko haram. And how the military vets its intelligence scoops. Its no longer news that boko haram now holds territory within Nigeria. But it should be news that the Shekau seen in this new video clip is the Shekau that confirmed boko harams involvement in chibok. And that is despite all we were told by the military.He was supposed to have died sometime ago. Yet he lives. I support our military. I appreciate their sacrifice for all of us. However something is not right. School children maimed, massacred, mangled. Girls packed into lorries, into slavery and into oblivion. Forgotten. A constitutional crisis is in the offing. A presidential election cannot take place if the three states held by boko haram are not safe for elections. Its that simple. If elections cannot hold then agitations for a transitional government will begin. It looks bleak. Boko haram must be stopped now. People are just aloof.Detached. Just waiting for a major social calamity? Calamity.
