Sometime during the day, or at your bedtime, not necessarily when - TopicsExpress

Sometime during the day, or at your bedtime, not necessarily when you are lying down in bed, but just before going to sleep sometime, remember something or someone for whom you are grateful or remember someone who was grateful to you for something you did. It doesnt matter which way the gratitude goes, just bring it to mind. If you are alert enough, notice how your body feels when you do that. If you have trouble thinking of anything to be grateful for, you may want to utilize the following mantra borrowed from an ancient Hawaiian healing tradition. Simply say, either at bedtime or during the day, when you find yourself slipping into a state of mind that is not one you want to be in, Im sorry. I love you. Im grateful. Thank you. Its not said to anyone in particular - although it certainly can be! - its just said, as many times, over and over again, as you would like. It is remarkably effective at opening your energy up to be able to eventually feel gratitude. For now, just saying it will be enough. bit.ly/SxRTrn
