Sometimes, as an Essential Oil Groupie, I feel like a hero, Im not going to lie. My toddler daughter has been little more clingy and needy this week, possibly due to teething. I diffused 2 drops Frankincense, 3 drops Idaho Blue Spruce and 2 drops Ylang Ylang in our shared bedroom during bedtime. She usually nurses for an hour or two before she lets me sneak away to have some time to myself. Tonight, it was 20 minutes.
