Song 4 ... This song has been a party regular for as long as I can remember .... since me wife was only one ... probably. Originally introduced as a drunken huddle dancing ( what can I say its a Scottish thing ) track by John Carruthers it has become synonymous with parties of my peer group for hundreds of years .... why ... I have no idea. A strange story about a young boy being used (abused) by an older woman ..... the simplest lyrics ..... the simplest chords. Just goes to show music doesnt have to be complex to be good. An open mike favourite and I even tried to teach it to a groom to play at his wedding .... I think he still has the guitar :D I should have persuaded him to buy a mandolin !!!!!!
