Sorry for the delay everyone with the website. Let me give you all an update. On Monday night July 7 one of our companies that works on our website was trying to improve certain functionality on the site to make the customer experience better. In doing so they had to do some work on the website. During the process they needed to restore a backup they had created. While doing that they made a mistake and crashed the site. Then they tried to restore the site with a back up. The problem was that what they used to restore the site was a version of the site that was from the first day it went up. As we all know we have been working since then to fix many of the issues and bugs from the first day of launch. So that version was not acceptable to me. So now there is another company we work with on our website. We have hopefully going to be able to restore the website from a version much closer to the July 7 version. Our customers do not need to worry no purchase history or information was lost. The issue is the site functionality and appearance that we lost and are trying to restore.
