Spare a thought too for our super swimming fundraiser, Deborah Herridge and her 13 fellow aquatics who are tackling a three mile swim across the choppy - and now slightly chilly - waters of the Solent this Sunday 31st August. The group Pennys Solent Splash will leave Ryde at 6.30am and head for Gosport.
