Speaking on improv tonight reminded me why I love it so much. Forcing yourself to really listen, to react, to be available, and vunerable, to understand great comedy comes from sincere drama, it makes me realize in real life if I worked these skills in life as hard as I do onstage I would be a far better human being than I am. That being said, the training I received from people like Karen Graci, Karen Maruyama, David Razowsky, Matthew Craig, Rob Janas, Will McLaughlin, Hal Rudnick, Craig Cackowski, Mike Coen, TJ Shanoff, Kelly Leonard, Brian Frates, and Brian Gallivan made it possible for me to receive a review from the LA Times where they singled me out as being outstanding in the amazing play Im in, Live! From the last night of my life. Come out and see how great improv training mixed with great direction and an amazing cast makes for a very enjoyable evening.
