Special thanks to Toni Moon for taking these wonderful pictures. Meet Ty. Ty will be three weeks old tomorrow and was born with a cleft lip. It has been a struggle to get the proper amount of food into her as she has no ability to maintain suction. Her first week and a half were very precarious but she seems to be moving along now. Not out of the woods yet but we are hopeful. This little girl is a fighter. She is in foster right now and being fed around the clock. It is possible she has other congenital problems that have not surfaced yet but right now she is gaining weight and hanging in there.
