Spent the afternoon introducing Neil to the wonders of Gilligan’s Island (via the episodes with the radioactive vegetable seeds, the mad scientist who successfully switched the castaways minds into each others bodies, and the original unaired pilot), with Jack joining us for the episode with The Mosquitoes. Later, I introduced Jack to the glory and majesty that is Star Trek: The Next Generation with the episode Cause and Effect (the one with the Kelsey Grammer cameo at the end). Each boy gave the series they watched their approval, even if Neil wasnt pleased with the one Gilligan episode being in black and white. Still... progress is being made. Next stop on the nostalgia tour: Green Acres!
