Priority: Male Candidate having experience in construction & real estate industry Salary: Not to Disclose Role: Electrical Engineer-Industrial & Infrastructure. Functional Area: Site Engineering, Project Management Desired Candidate Profile: Role and Responsibilities Functional • To efficiently execute all electrical work for the entire project including all infrastructure / required service in time from concept to commissioning. • Contract administration. • Monitor, supervise & manage all aspects related to electrical work. • Reviewing all designs, budgeting, costing, tendering, contracting, procurement and execution of all electrical works. • Setting up of HT, LT network, electrical substations schematics for transmission and distribution of power. • Setting up building electrical work, transformers substations. • Earthling schematics. • Setting up power cables, feeders, switch gears, protection and control systems. • Preparation of load calculation, Earthling calculation, UPS/Inverter sizing calculation. • Ensure statutory compliances at site. • Certify work completion, Measurements and billing. • For minor works - to work out entire proposal i.e. carry out design, BOQ, estimates vendor development. • Liaisoning with different Govt. bodies pertaining to Electrical department. • Carrying out minor works departmentally. • Co-ordination and management of work along with PMC. Data Management • Compiling Weekly & Monthly Reports. • To co-ordinate with ERP team for ERP related entries for the construction activities. • Prepare and submit construction MIS Reports after due authorization to management on construction progress. General • Approval of all proposals, Invoices & vouchers. • Co-ordinate with inter-department of Company for activities related to electrical works. • Ensure all services are laid well in advance to avoid delay. • Motivate and guide staff and contractors to function untidily as a team and effectively to deliver the project ACCOUNTABILITY • Safely and timely completion of work. • Ensure smooth running of Project. • Address & Redress all the critical issues related to electrical engineering at site.
