Stafford Borough Council, according to its official minutes, will be considering at its meeting on Thursday of next week, the following notices of motion: A Notice of Motion pursuant to Paragraph 13.1 of the Council Procedure Rules has been proposed by Councillors R J Draper and W J Kemp 1 This Council notes that Stafford and Surrounds Clinical Commissioning Group has failed to engender confidence with the public of Stafford Borough. 2 This Council resolves to write to Stafford And Surrounds Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS England and the Department of Health to cite our lack of confidence in their performance. AND A Notice of Motion pursuant to Paragraph 13.1 of the Council Procedure Rules has been proposed by Councillors W J Kemp and R J Draper 1 This Council believes the public at large of Stafford Borough support a judicial review on the process undertaken to remove services from Stafford Hospital. 2 This Council resolves to fund a campaign of legal action, through Judicial Review, to protect and defend Stafford Hospital’s Acute Services.
