My trainings will look something like this: Squat + back off work Press + back off work Pull + back off work Bonus, i.e. gymnastics, core, cardio, rows. Todays training looked like this A ) Fromtsquat 6 reps @ 40 kg 6 reps @ 60 kg 4*9 reps @ 70 kg (pause on the last rep) Hack squat as back off work 5* 8 reps @ 40 kg B ) Shoulderpress 6 reps @ 40 kg 6 reps @ 50 kg 6 reps @ 60 kg 4 reps @ 70 kg 1 rep @ 80 kg Sots press as back off 4*5 reps @ 20-30 kg Superset with shoulder mobility C ) Fat bar deadlift 7 reps @ 30 kg 7 reps @ 50 kg 7 reps @ 60 kg 5*5 reps @ 70 kg As back off 3*15 goodmornings @ 20 kg D ) Handstand pushups 4*4 reps E ) 4 rounds 5 C2B pull-ups 10 Pushups with jump into different positions on all reps 20 Band pull aparts F ) Mini mini mini Isabel 30 Unbroken snatch @ 20 kg 1.15. G ) Core series inspired by the gymnastic girls from the video the other day. Still trying to expand in everyday.
