Stellar post from my buddy Dave at Primal PT . A huge mistake I see in lots of people is subscribing to the idea of breakfast foods, lunch foods and dinner foods. Food is food, and the idea of eating certain foods at certain times of the day can limit your nutrient variety and overall health. It doesnt mean youve got to go straight to eating steak for breakfast, (although..) but ditch the toast and cereal for more substantial proteins, carbs and fats.
