Stephen emailed-- I am Double Amputee Left AK, right BK. Although i have (or will have) My prosthetic legs I am VERY limited, because of heart health reasons, to walk any substantial amount of time. In fact I can only walk from my Bed room, assisted, to the bathroom. On SSDI as my sole source of finance. My Insurance company REFUSES to provide me with a scooter or Power chair, they claim they have provided me with a wheel Chair (Which doesnt fit in my bathroom door way as it is) and I have problems with endurance.
