Still having problems with Summers Tab 3. She completed a system update on it, it restarted itself but ever since wont turn on. It simply restarts itself over & over... so, trying a hard reset, but upon doing so it just seems to restart itself again without allowing me to select any options..... Ive tried all sorts... Also, when I plug into pc it is recognised, disconnected, recognised again etc etc.... anyone with any ideas??
