"Stolen" From Shannon Lee!! SCHEDULE FOR FRIDAY!!!!! 9:00 am – We will meet at the Watertown Fairgrounds to set up our booth. 3:00-3:15 – We will meet back at the Fairgrounds for the parade and to set up the sale items in our booth. We will be carpooling people up Coffeen Street to help prepare the float. If you plan on walking/riding in the parade with us but can’t be at the Fairgrounds before 3:30 pm, then meet us at the DSS (old Sears) parking lot at 5:00. The parade starts at 6:00. Coffeen street will be closed from 4:00 on. Our theme this year is “Teaming Up Against Cancer”. We all will be wearing sports jerseys, shirts, hats, etc. to represent a variety of sports and teams as well as carrying sports equipment (baseball bats, gloves, footballs, basketballs, hockey sticks, etc.). Please wear your Team Hope t-shirts underneath your sports clothing to support our team after the parade. If you are not interested in participating in the parade, we do need a few volunteers who would be willing to manage our Team Hope booth while the parade is going on. We will have several items for sale at our booth. If you plan on being available to help set up, decorate the float, walk in the parade and/or watch over our booth, please contact Patti at 788-7983 or Angela at 778-2548 or respond to this email so we can get an accurate number of Team Hope volunteers.
