Stolen:We , the citizens of these United States , do hereby give notice and petition for redress the 113th Congress of said Republic. We have contacted you individually by all means available and have been left wanting. We, the American People, call on you, the 113th Congress , to Honor your Oaths of office, and set aright the following list of grievances post haste: 1 ) You, the 113th, have refused your assent to laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good. You know whereof we speak. 2 ) You, the 113th, have forbidden our governors to pass laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation until federal assent could be obtained; and when so suspended, You have utterly neglected to attend them. You know whereof we speak. 3 ) You , the 113th, have called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of your public records, for the purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with your measures. You know whereof We speak. 4 ) You, the 113th, have dissolved representative houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness, your invasions on the rights of the people. You know whereof We speak. 5 ) You, the 113th, have erected a multitude of new offices, and sent forth swarms of officers to harrass our people and eat out our substance. You know whereof We speak. 6 ) You, the 113th, have affected to render our military independent of and superior to civil power. You know whereof We speak. 7 ) You, the 113th, Have combined with others, (The United Nations), to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws, giving your assent to their acts of pretended legislation. You know whereof We speak. 8 ) You, the 113th, have imposed taxes on us without our consent. You know whereof We speak. 9 ) You , the 113th, are depriving us in many cases of trial by jury, with the Patriot act. You know whereof We speak. 10 ) You, the 113th, have taken away our charters, abolishing our most valuable laws, and altering fundamentally the forms of our government. You know whereof We speak. 11 ) You, the 113th, have excited domestic insurrections amoungst us and have endeavored to bring neighbor against neighbor. You know whereof We speak. 12 ) You, the 113th, Have plundered our seas, ravaged our coast, bankrupt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people. You know whereof We speak. In every stage of these oppressions, we have petitioned for redress in the most humble of terms. Our repeated petitions have been answered by repeated injury. A government, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define tyranny, is unfit to govern a free people. We must , therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our displeasure, and hold you, as we hold the rest of mankind, enemies in war, in peace friends. So say We all, the undersigned:
