Stopped at the gas station today and was paying for my things. Looked over and noticed an older man on oxygen that could barely walk, go up to pay for his milk shake he had gotten. He had the hardest time trying to get his wallet out of his pocket, so I walked over and offered to pay for it for him. He smiled and seemed lost for words, thanking me and told me its hard to find people so caring and generous these days. Completely made my day! But it wasnt that I felt sorry for him, this man reminded me so much of my grandpa.. And the way he raised me was to always help others in need, even if it was something so small. Its things like this that make his wisdom and kindness live on.. And I will never forget everything he has ever taught me! 💜
