Stress in small doses is healthy, but in todays times chronic stress has become the norm – everything was due yesterday! When you have cortisol (the stress hormone) constantly running through your body, you’re leaving yourself open to all sorts of health problems - just to name a few: including heart disease. Reduce stress, reduce inflammation. If you work, get up from your day and take a few breaks, stretch, do some deep breaths, close your eyes... find what relaxes you and do it a few times a day. We entitled to TWO 15 min breaks a day - its the law! If you work from home, then take time out of your day to do something you enjoy and that de-stresses you. Were worth the effort Friends!
