Stunned! Hired Morissa Schwartz (morissa.schwartz@yahoo) from Fiverr to do an editing job. Paid her $150 - she did less than 1/2 of the job. The part she did was SO bad and inconsistent we had to scrap the project and start over again with someone else. (One of my favorite edits she did...she made Craigslist into Craigs List and BASICAL is apparently the correct way to write basically). Have contacted Ms Morissa multiple times as well as Fiverr multiple times to resolve this. Ms Morissa sees no reason why she owes us anything as I worked really hard on this. And Fiverr charges me 20% so I dont owe you that part. Finally had to file with PayPal this morning (as we were closing in to day 45) and immediately Fiverr restricted my account saying that until I resolve (meaning cancel) my claim on PayPal that I couldnt use my Fiverr account. So basically blackmailing me for doing what any consumer would have resorted to doing. Ah, that makes sense - So let’s see – you have me…a customer who can give you money and you have stopped me from doing so because I have done everything in my power (and spent incredible amounts of time) attempting to resolve an issue that Fiverr and their seller aren’t any help at fixing. And you block my account because I finally had to go to my credit card company and file a report?? But you let a seller, who will keep on defrauding customers stay on your site and create a bad customer experience for you??
