Supposedly there are a few people upset about there being a Black Stormtrooper in the upcoming Star Wars film. Personally I have no problem with any Black actor or character, and for the actors posted response to the criticisms, I wholly agree with him My concern is about story arc continuity. Episode II; The Clone Wars and Episode III; Revenge of the Sith, clearly indicate that the entire Trooper corps of the GAR being clones of a single Mandalorian bounty hunter who happened to appear to very White. A small bit of this it inferred when in Episode IV; A New Hope, Princess Leia comments to Skywalker about his being shorter than the typical Stormtrooper. Apparently, according to some EU(Expanded Universe) source, the Jango Fett template of Stormtroopers, became susceptible to corruption so the Empire started with a broader base gene pool to make clones from, and eventually went to accepting recruit volunteers. Personally, I dislike either idea, but the recruit story I dislike the most.
