Susans work history: Human Services Advocate spanning two decades with practical experience and success working in the investigative field. She has advocated for the rights of those who have been violated by the unethical actions of companies, lawyers and slum landlords. (Please note, not everyone in these groups are guilty of wrong doing) Susan filed and won a legal ethics grievance case against Attorney John Archambault of Connecticut. He was found guilty under (3.3 A-1) of the Connecticut Canon Code of Ethics, Rules of Professional Conduct. (An attorney shall not knowingly provide the court with false information) Susan formed Legal Abuse Must End, a non-profit legal advocacy group in 1987 while in the State of Conn., and incorporated the same in Nebraska in 1992. As a result of Attorney Bart A. Sayet’s actions, Susan filed an ethics complaint against him in 1989 after a legal malpractice case ended. Attorney Sayet was found guilty of ethics violations and reprimanded. Susan addressed the Kiwanis International in 1990. A Certificate of Appreciation was awarded to her by the organization at that time. Between 1987 and 1991, under the auspices of Legal Abuse Must End, she handled an additional 11 cases against unethical attorneys in Connecticut. Susan moved to Nebraska in 1992 where she incorporated Legal Abuse Must End as a not-for profit public service organization. Under Legal Abuse Must End, Inc., and as a result of her hard work, Justice For All, Inc., owned by Attorney John Eker III, was closed down. The attorney ran a for profit business under the guise of a non­profit incorporation and he charged fees for services he had no right to. Although he was granted permission to open another law office, he was forced to do so under a For-Profit Incorporation. That lawyer has since been suspended from practice of law and reinstated later on. (Repeat offender) The file documents supporting this can be provided upon request. Susan investigated additional cases in Nebraska under confidentiality contracts involving lawyer ethics issues. She relocated to Pennsylvania in 1993 and investigated additional cases in Pennsylvania under confidentiality for lawyer ethics violations. Susan relocated to Oregon in 2005 where she investigated and had successful outcomes in additional cases regarding lawyer ethics. She handled a case against Assurant Health of Kansas City, MO. (formerly known as Fortis) with regards to ERISA Law (Employee Retirement Income Security Act). Susan won the case in 2007 while living in Idaho. Total amount awarded: $226,000.00. Susan relocated to Maine in 2007, where she continued her work. Susan is now semi-retired. SUMMARY From 1988 to 2011, Susan handled several hundred cases regarding legal ethics, housing code violations, nursing home violations and insurance contracts which are not detailed here due to confidentiality agreements. She received no compensation for her dedicated years of public services. During Susans career, she has been interviewed by television and radio news media outlets and had several public speaking engagements. Her story has appeared in numerous newspaper articles including the Connecticut Law Tribune. Susan was honored by the Kiwanis International in 1990 and quoted by Supreme Court Justice, T. Clark Hull
