Crony capitalism is aroused via prevailing gender genetic inequity from the war torn human history which generated gender gap, gender bias, gender disability and gender domination that distorted Natural genetic information and communication among genders to live in imbalanced physical and mental state. How to balance human emotional intimacy and moral legitimacy to achieve social responsibility and accountability in global social structure? Human emotional intimacy and moral legitimate values can be balanced only through equal presence of male, female and transgender population in a social structure to establish gender, genetic natural communication via gender expression and response within them to achieve social responsibility and accountability for periodic growth and reproduction. The Natural information and communication via gender, genetic equity is balance with human emotional values and moralizing civilization. How to overcome Crony capitalism and reestablish social responsibility and accountability in India? 1. Implement United Nations Millennium Development Goal 03 on gender equity via passing WOMEN’S BILL in fast track to regain the momentum on social responsibility among human population. 2. Amend constitution, law and implement strong JAN LOK PAL BILL to regain the momentum on social accountability. 3. The instant information and communication technological medium at present is very vast in globe and still people are more emotional and not moralized to shun violence, economic offenses, criminal and terror activities. Implementing above two points that the Governance can achieve one to one natural communication via human expression, response among male, female and transgender in person or group.
