I have several vehicles of attaining true justice for my son Nikolas in motion presently. The following is just one more and a very big one to steer TRUE JUSTICE where it belongs. We have the upper hand, we have the truth behind us! All I am asking now is to write, email, email via the governors page, and or call New Jersey Governor Chris Christies main office in Trenton, NJ. If calling, as long as every message conveyed is treated with the utmost respect, you may call a several times a day. Everyone here knows the wrongs that were thrust upon the Chavez family and more important my son Nikolas. When contacting the governors office insist that this case be reopened due to its many discrepancies, favoritism and racism. Also point out how this case became about protecting my ex (Nikolas mother) and was no longer about getting my son Nikolas true justice. I do strongly believe my ex knew someone within the system and I know for a FACT she committed 100% provable perjury on the stand. All the while the Chavez family were shunned, silenced and treated as third class citizens at best during the trials, especially the first trial. How any of the actual facts by the Chavez family were not going to be entertained! by the acting prosecutor during the first trial. That she was a womans advocate. How the Chavez family were brought to an altogether separate (mirrored building in New Brunswick, NJ) into a cluttered, dusty room where old desks, tables and chairs were stored so that the state prosecutor could lay down the law. First question out of her mouth was directed towards my mother, sister and myself were Do you have any recording devices on you? Why were we asked that, were we under trial?! The following question was extremely racist, What are you anyway? In reference to our race. I find that highly offensive and in NO WAY pertinent to my son Nikolas case! I know that this was done to keep what she said/barked to us out of any possible earshot where the trial actually took place. Another very important thing to mention is how a very vital piece of evidence is missing or not even sure ever existed according to our meeting last fall with the presently lead prosecutor and other various levels of his team members. This extremely vital, missing evidence is called a Bio-mechanical report, which was given to us over my speakerphone for my entire family to hear. This was not something just fabricated, it does exist as does a cell phone recording which was recorded by the North Brunswick Detectives office. This call was recorded because a mutual friend of my ex and myself was called numerous times by the obviously guilty while she was on a three day shift at a group home in West Windsor after his indictment and release. When she finally was off shift and finally got home her answering machine was packed with his messages. She began to listen in horror to the intense phone calls, then didnt hesitate to call up the North Brunswick Detectives office, it was then when she was asked to come into hook her cell up to a device to record any possible evidence. She agreed immediately to this anything to help out!. There was a 40 minute series of calls that the obviously guilty made, he gave several stories as to what happened to my son the morning of November 30, 2005, none of which stories made sense or coincided with the next. The truth always finds a way of surfacing! And this monster who took my son was never charged with the various levels of murder therefore double jeopardy is NOT applicable.
