TGIF im so happy that its friday I made it through another week of dumbass people calling in. One woman in particular pissed me off this week she called and wanted to know why she got a Restoral fee, I explained to her that she was late paying her bill and that she got suspended ,she told me that shes late every month paying her bills and she always Pays her bill at that time 18 days late and that she shouldnt have to pay the restoral fee based upon Past payment history. I told her we cannot waive the restoral fee ,she gonna tell me its not my money so why am I holding onto it and then proceeded to yell louder then a man at the doctors getting a catheter inserted, what Im saying is why do people try to live beyond there means if u cant pay for something dont get it damn
